Paul is Head of Marketing and Membership at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew leading on brand, visitor, membership, donor and commercial marketing. Within this role he works across the full marketing mix including digital and offline marketing, third party sales, pricing, audience development, market research and membership. Before joining Kew he was Head of Marketing at the Natural History Museum in London, Gardens Marketing Manager at the Royal Horticultural Society and in various international marketing roles at VisitBritain.
